How to Apply

To process your application an APPLICATION FEE must accompany all necessary documents in the form of a Money Order or Cashier's Check made payable to Noble Square Cooperative per applicant. A fee in the amount of $55.00 which covers verification of employment, income, previous residence, credit and criminal check.

Documents needed for the completion of your application:

• Two (2) recent paycheck stubs
• A picture ID (Driver's License/State ID), social security card & birth certificate for each member of the family.
• Signed landlord and employment verification forms.
• Self-employed applicants must provide tax returns/previous year.
• Indivuals over the age of 18 must pay a $55.00 fee for a criminal and credit background check.
